At REP Fitness, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your home gym setup meets your performance standards. All returned products must be in their original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your equipment in its original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, clear any old shipping marks, and firmly attach the new label to the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
